Building Stronger Families This Summer: A New Webinar Series from Women Above Power & Mentors for Fatherless Children and Abused Families

This summer, Women Above Power is proud to partner with Mentors for Fatherless Children and Abused Families to launch a meaningful new family-focused webinar experience centered on empowerment, healing, and growth.

Together, our organizations are combining our missions and pillars to create an engaging online series designed for both kids and parents to learn side-by-side. Through motivational speaking, mindful reflection, and simple at-home summer activities, families will gain practical tools to build confidence, strengthen communication, and prepare for long-term success.

What to Expect

This interactive webinar series will focus on topics including:

• Mental strength and resilience
• Self-worth and confidence
• Agency and healthy decision-making
• Emotional awareness and healing
• Family bonding and communication
• Goal-setting, dreams, and future planning
• Healthy summer habits and longevity

• Encouraging conversations around mental health and growth

Using our “Roots, Trunk, and Branches” framework, participants will explore how empowerment begins within and grows through knowledge, support, and intentional action.
