This week marks the final session of our Exploring Abuse & DV six-part series with Ruby Raja, Author, Certified Trauma Facilitator & Trainer (ACCPH), and Founder of Inshiraa.com for healing from DV & Trauma.

In our last session, “Healing After Abuse,” Ruby will help guide us in reflecting on the journey we’ve taken together these past six weeks. We’ll explore gentle ways to continue nurturing ourselves, recognizing the growth that has already begun, and finding peace in knowing that healing is a process that unfolds in its own time.
