Week 3: Re-framing Self-Worth

 Exploring Abuse & DV: Week 3: Re-framing Self-Worth

This week in our Exploring Abuse & DV series, we will focus on the theme “Re-framing Self-Worth.”
Led by Ruby Raja: Author, Certified Trauma Facilitator & Trainer (ACCPH), and Founder of Inshiraa.com for healing from DV & Trauma, this session will guide us through understanding how our sense of worth can be shaped by past experiences and how to gently begin seeing ourselves through a kinder, more truthful lens.

Ruby invites participants to explore what self-worth means, how it shows up in everyday life, and how we can begin nurturing it from within. The conversation will be a reminder that healing often begins with rediscovering our own value and giving ourselves permission to grow at our own pace.

If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time to be part of this free, six-week journey of understanding and healing:
