This week in our Exploring Abuse & DV series, we explore Relationships & Support Systems with our guest speaker Ruby Raja: Author, Certified Trauma Facilitator & Trainer (ACCPH), and Founder of Inshiraa.com for healing from DV & Trauma.

Ruby guides us through understanding the importance of healthy support systems and how relationships can play a vital role in healing and rebuilding confidence. Together, we will discuss ways to recognize healthy connections, create boundaries that protect peace, and identify trusted spaces for support and encouragement.
